Founded in 2013 by Joseph Hanna, Conceptual commenced providing consultancy services with the goal of making a difference to the clients that we service and within our community. Through continued growth Conceptual have employed a range of consultants to ensure a greater mixture of knowledge and experiences allowing us to provide consulting services to a wide range of clients in differing industries whilst continuing to provide legal and consulting services to local charities.

Joseph is an executive with more than 20 years of experience in government, legal practice and
infrastructure contracting. He has delivered exceptional commercial outcomes in transport,
property, rail, water, power, construction, manufacturing and communications. Joseph has
negotiated major deals around the world including with complex financing arrangements. Joseph
previously worked as Director in the Department of Premier and Cabinet, Minter Ellison Lawyers in
the Infrastructure and Construction Group and was Executive General Manager of Commercial and
Risk in the Engineering business at UGL Limited.
